Questions
What counts as usage?
Requests to the Agent, and the AI steps in your Loops. Each request is charged by the tokens the model reads and writes, at the model's rates. See models & rates. Using your own AI tools through MCP or the API doesn't count.
What happens when I reach my included usage?
The Agent and AI steps pause until an owner or admin turns on on-demand usage or the month resets. Owners and admins are notified at 80% and 100% of each limit.
How is on-demand usage billed?
Monthly in arrears, up to the limit you set. Owners and admins can set limits for the organization and each member, and on Business for each workspace.
Do guests cost anything?
No. Guests are free and unlimited on every plan: invite your clients to review and approve.
How many workspaces do I get?
Pro includes 1 and holds up to 5. Business includes 10 and adds more at any time, with no cap. Each workspace is one brand or client, and each one beyond the included ones adds 50 GB of media. The price per workspace goes down as you grow.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Yearly billing saves 20% on Pro and Business. Enterprise is an annual contract of 1 to 3 years.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that your workspaces are read-only until you subscribe again. Nothing is ever deleted.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new organization gets a 14-day trial with one workspace and 5 deep ad analyses. When it ends, your workspace is read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
